Every person and problem is different, so I customize my approach for you. I draw from several well established modalities of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Gestalt psychotherapy. I often combine approaches to provide a dynamic ‘here and now’ experience that will validate the uniqueness of your life and open up space for change.
In addition to therapy, I also provide consultation and clinical supervision for licensure to other mental health professionals.
